Payment
No extra fees will be charged unless there is visible damage in the property sites.
We also provide paid services, but that is, as implied, an optional choice.
We currently use email communication and / or a direct call to confirm or attend any request from our guests. A receipt print is therefore not necessary.
Sorry, but company groups stay are not allowed in this facility.
Reservation
We provide no direct refunds, however, if a booking is subject of cancellation, no charges will be made if done in time.

We only accept Euros (€) if paid in cash, otherwise we do accept all major credit cards payments.
